A special impregnation for all absorbent joint materials that is permeable to water vapour. MELLERUD Grout Impregnator protects against moisture, as well as oily, greasy and water-based soiling. For indoor and outdoor use with wall and floor tiles. Available in 0.5 L containers.
Suitable for wall and floor tiles in interior and exterior areas. Can be used on all absorbent tiles made from joint mortar (cement-based, coloured).
Joints must be clean and completely dry. Clean older tiles depending on level of soiling with MELLERUD joint cleaner (oily and general soiling) or MELLERUD mould annihilator (deposits, discolorations, mould), rinse thoroughly with water and let dry. Apply impregnation with a brush to the joints. Excess on joints or stone must be removed with a damp cloths or sponge no later than 24 hours after application. Full effectiveness is reached after 24-48 hours. After 36-48 hours the surface can be cleaned as normal again. After around 3 hours it can be walked on again.
